A fully managed AI and robotics experience designed to attract exhibition visitors, increase stand dwell time and send every participant away with a personalised piece of your branding.
ROBO Sketch combines artificial intelligence, live robotic drawing and personalised branded artwork to create a visible focal point at exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events. We deliver activations across the UK, Europe and worldwide for brands, agencies, stand builders and event organisers.
More than exhibition entertainment
The experience is designed to support a commercial objective. The robots stop visitors, the live drawing gives them a reason to remain at the stand, and the waiting time creates an easy opening for your sales team. Guests then leave with a personalised physical portrait carrying your logo, campaign message or event artwork.
- Attract attention in busy exhibition halls
- Increase dwell time around your stand
- Create natural opportunities for sales conversations
- Encourage guests to film and share the experience
- Provide a personalised branded keepsake with lasting value
Scalable from one to four robotic arms
We can deploy between one and four AI-powered robotic sketch arms. The number of arms is selected around your expected footfall, event duration, artwork style and stand layout. A multi-arm setup increases guest capacity and creates a visually impressive activation for large exhibitions, international conferences and multi-day campaigns.
The guest experience
- A guest uploads a photograph using a QR code or has their picture taken by our team.
- The AI creates a personalised portrait, caricature or agreed branded artwork style.
- A robotic arm draws the artwork live in approximately one minute.
- The guest collects the physical sketch and can also receive a digital version.
Professional portraits, caricatures, group illustrations and pet portraits can all be supported. Every image is individually generated, creating a unique result for each participant.
Campaign-specific branding
Portrait stock can be customised with your logo, product message, campaign artwork, exhibition details or sponsor branding. We can provide a design template for your creative team or produce a simple layout in-house. Final artwork approval is required at least two weeks before the event.
Fully staffed and professionally managed
ROBO Sketch staff manage the complete live experience: setup, operation, photography, guest assistance, queue flow, portrait collection and pack down. We provide the robotic arms, iPad photo system, laptop, drawing materials and agreed branded stock.
The venue normally provides a suitable table or platform and access to a standard power socket. Space requirements are flexible and planned around the number of arms, photo point, collection area and expected visitor flow. International travel and event logistics are included within your tailored proposal.
For brands, agencies and exhibition partners
We work directly with corporate clients and alongside experiential agencies, exhibition stand builders, event-production companies and destination-management teams. The service can operate as a ROBO Sketch experience or be integrated into the client’s wider campaign and stand design.
Proven international exhibition delivery
At Sibos in Frankfurt, two ROBO Sketch arms created personalised branded artwork for delegates visiting the SunTec stand. The live drawing process attracted surrounding attendees, supported engagement throughout the exhibition and gave each participant a memorable branded takeaway.

Request an international activation proposal
Every international activation is quoted individually. Tell us the event location, dates, operating hours, estimated attendance, available stand space and campaign objectives. We will recommend the number of robotic arms, staffing and branding approach best suited to the event.
